I bought tickets online through the website. There was an earlybird discount of you plan on visiting early. There is also discount if you are visiting after 4pm. Child ticket was about 35. Adult 39. If you are planning on seeing several attractions in Atlanta there is s city pass that will save you 40% on each attraction.

Much cheaper is you go late too, tickets are$20 for 4pm and later. Must buy online. You can still see dolphins at 5 and see lions at 6 something

Tickets online offer a 10 or 20% discount depending on the time youre going. You do have to specify a 30 minute window of time to show up though. I am not sure what happens if you are late. Tickets at the door were 39 for adults.
The GA Aquarium app is a great way to find prices and buy tickets.
I agree with Treshaun, online its much cheaper, though its same on weekends and weekdays.. we purchased the tickets from our phone then and went ahead to just issue those tickets.. much cheaper

I visited the Georgia Aquarium on my birthday. It is free on birthday if you resident in Georgia. All you need is just to bring your ID. Many people don't know about it. And also that time there was mom and children special for 30$ Mom+4 Children included. All family 30$ plus tax. Let me remind that Dolphin show starts after 3:00 pm.
Early bird tickets around $30.00 (before 11 am)
$40 plus tax. GA resident brings it to about $33 and the website offers other discounts to bring it lower but some of them are exclusive so take a look on the website.
