My daughter has begged to come see the Pandas for years now-her Birthday is in January and I wanted to drive up from Florida to surprise her. Do you think the animals will be out when it’s cold? Would it be better to wait till it’s warmer?

I visited there on 24th December and was able to see pandas, so I guess u can too...

They have got serveral panda's and 3 enclosure/viewing areas. It never hurts to call the zoo and see if they have feeding times posted or special events with the pandas.

There is an enclosure with Windows you can watch them through We saw them the day after Christmas but they were not very active
