Depends how cold. We were there a few weeks ago, temps were high 40s, low 50s and all were out.

We were there around Christmas, and most of them were out! :)

Most are but some are in their inside enclosure. You can go in and see most of them though. I only noticed a couple that were not out two weeks ago.
