Yes, during the week the offices are open and take phone calls. On the weekends typically the gift shop takes some calls but the offices are typically closed or limited. Please note that during special events and busy seasons the farm staff are usually helping on the grounds. There are still people on phones but less if it's very busy.

Since I am not part of the farm staff, but only a frequent visitor, I do not know about who might be at the telephones.
