Haven't gotten any coupons in Stony Point.
Peoole in Rockland have gotten them for use in specific ShopRite's. From what I have heard who have recieved it, it appears to be areas in Rockland closest to New Jersey and is a direct marketing campaign targeting the opening on a new supermarket in Montvale.
Yes you should be able to use the coupons anywhere that's a ShopRite that shouldn't be a problem
