Most of the employees are highschool kids. I don't think they care enough about their job to stay off their phones
That's because they dont have a pay phone at the check out.
Almost every company has a cell phone policy in place... Whether or not the managers actually enforce it or not is another story.
Yeah there is one in place I am sure but I don't think they follow it much. I have dealt with the same thing a few times in Nyack, Stony point as well as Suffern shoprite.
Not aware of any and I've never even seen it since the store opened, but customer service is very responsive.
While I would imagine there is a policy, this question would best be taken directly to Costumer Service in the store. I personally have never experienced this. It's unfortunate that your experience has not been the same.
There is a cellphone policy there. It's just not being enforced by the managers.
