Yes you need to Tennessee fishing license to fish any Waters in the of Tennessee you can pick up a fishing license at any Walmart Bass Pro Shop or several other locations just like any other state you'll need a fishing license

Not really they don't say anything about it in the park. But you can get a three day license for $12.00

If you are at a camp grounds you can check at check in to be sure

Not sure but most states will sell you a 1 or 3 day permit.
