Why was this store closed on Saturday 07/21/2018 clearly the lights came back on but no one ever opened the store, this was very inconvenient as I came along way to get there, I checked at 11 am and then again at 3pm!!!

This is very aggravating in sure especially when traveling a ways.This is the day a lot if people where without electricity.It also seems like they would have opened when it was restored.I would think that I would call and speak to someone higher authority if the area stores.

I agree with Tonya it wasn't just kingsport that lady power Friday-Sunday. The tri cities were hit very hard by the storm. Sorry for the inconvenience, always call first to be sure if traveling a long ways.

A lot of us in Kingsport was without power from friday-sunday. I worked retail for many many years and from experience, even though the lights were on,they might not have been able to reboot their computer systems for their registers.
