DO NOT go to this location if you have anxiety or a disability!!! The blonde female employee with a septum piercing was extremely disrespectful when I asked her a question about a menu item and after I ordered and went to the window she made a comment about the person ordering behind me and said they couldn’t read. If you don’t like your job please get another one instead of ruining people’s days.

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT 0 stars. The staff messed up my complete order offered to put in one correct item that was in my original order for free but when I got the food it wasn’t in there. I asked the employee and he told me that they don’t just give out free burritos. And called me a liar. I showed him the employee and told him it was approved by the manger. He stood there and yelled to the back of the store to which the managers told him I was supposed to have the burritos. I didn’t get an apology but instead eye rolling, attitude and a very sarcastic have a good day I guess. I will not be coming back. That young man’s actions were disgusting. And I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just correct the order instead of offering me one item out of the 5 I wanted. The wait was also more than 20 mins and I was inside. Overall horrible experience and not the first but will be the last

About all I can say is "EWWW". The drink station looked as if it hadn't been wiped down in days. Very sticky from end to end. More dirty tables than clean ones....some looked as bad as the drink station. No napkins (they handed us 2 wads of paper towels), no forks, sporks or spoons. No lids for large drinks at the drink station. And the food left a lot to be desired. I've never seen this particular Taco Bell so nasty.

What you call a crunchwrap with extra meat supreme crunchwrap but then extra meat and extra cheese sour cream lettuce tomato the fixings then what the heck did I get. Poor service for representation at the microphone and then just look what I have to deal with before I call them as they call this the crunchwrap when the inside is completely empty. I love the expression moving on after the picture saying done that means your place is like disgustingly done, and that location denied the name of the regional manager so therefore Faith information she was the one to talk to and yet Kingsport Taco Bell happily provided the name of the regional manager and if anyone else were to need it it is Melanie brookshire
