It's known for its French Dipped Meat sandwiches. But they do have some vegetable sides...potato salad, coleslaw, pickled beets etc.

There are some soups and basic salads, but check what day you go. There are also cheese sandwiches and peanut butter and jelly as well.
Not that I know of. They do have side dishes that are vegetarian.
Other than mayber soup I doubt it. Their menu us pretty straight forward.
