Unnecessarily chaotic and confusing ordering process. Waited 10+ minutes for two toasted bagels, and when my order finally arrived it wasn’t even correct and they had to redo it. Customer service here is so flawed I will never come back.

Best bagels on the west side in my opinion! It’s a humble, unpretentious bagel shop with all the variety you could ask for. I usually get an everything bagel sausage egg and cheese sandwich. They also sell day old bagels for CHEAP in bags at the register, which is great if you want quality bagels at home. The people who work there are super friendly and even when there is a long wait it is worth it!

Great service, great tasting bagels. The prices are higher but you get what you paid for. The coffee wasn't something I liked but the bagels made up for it.

This place is the real deal. Everyone who was in there when I was seemed to be a regular (aka you know it’s good). Staff is super friendly! I got a BLT with turkey and avocado. It came with a bag of chips. I ate every single bite. 10/10.

Only 5 people in store, separate line for pickups and spaced out tables. Lots of hand sanitizer and staff all wear masks. No service without a mask.
