At the Downtown Disney parking. Last time I was there (May 2019) it was $14/hour and 3 hour validation came from spending $20 at any Downtown Disney store. 5 hours of validation came from any sit-down dining restaurants.
It was right by the entrance where the tram drops you off. I parked in the structure.
