While I'm a loyal fan of Starbucks, this was my first time to this location (22 May 2022). This place was a shambles. There were a few young kids there with their pet puppies. Some being held and some on a leash. Animals are not permitted in food establishments unless they are service animals. And these dogs were puppies. Way too young to be a service animal. There was a lot of trash all over the place. Napkins on tables. Straw wrappers on the floor. And people coming to get orders that were apparently already picked up. This place is a mess.

At first I asked for a iced coffe medium and I did not like it then the lady said you can order a different drink if y wanted and I said ok and I ordered a strawberry frappuccino with 2 extra scoop of vanilla and I said I want a large and she said yes a tall. Now I thought that tall and large was the same thing and she gave me this I already drank some by the way and I paid 5$ and I got a nickel back and I should have got a bigger size
