Brought in my yorkie Tamali. Dr. Gallo is awesome, always good to know my fur babies are in good hands.

My fur baby Blue has been going after another clinic was just awful to her. They are always willing to work with the owners. They are wonderful people!

Overall bad experience. I didn't even get to have my pet get seen since I didn't have a photo ID on me. Not sure how that is required for having my pet be seen, but okay... I won't go into the other issues I had before we even got to that point, but there is a reason they had openings same day when my regular vet didn't, an empty lobby, and not a great rating on here.

Terrible place incompetent staff and money hungry vet. My mom brought her dog here who had a recent lump and they immediately told her that the dog needed surgery and that they had to do lab work to see if the dog was healthy enough for surgery? Surgery? without a diagnosis of what the lump is first? So they charged her 900 dollars for some lab work. After she told me this, I contacted one of my buddies who is a vet and he said they are suppose to do a needle aspiration and cytology first, to diagnose than that will determine the procedure and if the dog needs surgery, then they can do labs. Sure enough at the end of the day, after they already charged my mom 900 dollars they said they needed to do a needle aspiration and cytology to diagnose the dog. This should have been done first and then if surgery is required, lab work after. They did lab work first, and didn't even need those results for the needle aspiration and cytology work so why didnt they do that first? they simply wanted the 900 dollars from the lab and then wanted to charge her additionally for the diagnostic procedure and antibiotics. Doctor was prescribing 20 days of antibiotics? I asked the staff, why 20 days, does the dog have an infection? Staff didnt even know why the dog needed antibiotics. If you're going to sell me something, at least tell my why I should buy it. Vet told my mom it was to prevent infection. 20 day medication regimens aren't even given for infection, let alone prophylactically. I again asked a different vet and said prophylactically antibiotics are usually given for 5 days and said 20 days was way too much. The staff was clueless on the phone, had no idea what they were doing or saying or what was even going on. They kept putting us on hold and then picking up asking if we have been helped. This happened at least 5 times. When I asked questions, they could not answer a single one. My mom refuses the diagnostic work there as we got other recommendations where the vet isn't money hungry and takes advantage of people, and he called my mom today saying that they refuse doing any procedures on our dogs. Dr. Sahai, believe me, we will not be taking any animals to your place. Your willingness to take advantage of those who are not similar with procedures is despicable. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Really good on prices
Yes they do.
Hello, please visit a pet hospital immediately.
I believe the base fee is $150. I took my cat about 2 weeks ago to get spayed there. There is additional if they are in heat (I paid $30) Hope this helps!
42.00 office visit for my Rottweiller
I had two of my cats euthanized back in 2015 there and at that time, it was approx $125 or more if you wanted them to return the cats ashes. They were very caring during this emotionally difficult process. My heart goes out to you.
No, if you can't afford the medicine, the vet will work with you.
No you would need to call their office but they are open 7 days a week so easy to reach via phone
I think the care that Cottage Pet Hospital offers is the best.
