Worst Starbucks ever. Waited in line standing over 35 mins to order a drink. I ordered a extra pump of caramel in my drink. I did not get it but they charged me for it. Then I spoke to the assistant manager to get a lame excuse about the system being down. While we were in we were never advised of any system being down. I got a fake sorry. That was it. The girl in front of me got free item. I did not get anything. I would stay away from this place and hotel. This Hilton is going down hill also.

The line here is always ridiculously long, no one is ever in the Hilton honors line and you can’t pre-order anything from the app. Had to repeat my order 4times and the spinach get wrap came unwrapped as soon as I took it out do the bag. …

I was at Starbucks Hilton Anaheim on Dec 9 and purchased $27 worth of items. I checked my bank statement tonight and realized that Starbucks charged me three times for that one purchase. How can I get this corrected?

As far as I know, they do not have mobile order. This StarBucks is located inside the Hilton Hotel.
