Air conditioner want working, honestly the place was surprisingly very dirty, old dirty, no maintenence upkeep whatsoever. One fountain machine was hot and no ice. Grungy walls, doors, floors and kitchen. So this stuff is really fixable just need to fix it. Repaint replace renew

I've liked this place until tonight. I've never even seen a place like this such a horrific state of disarray. They were dropping every ingredient into every other ingredient out of laziness. You couldn't hardly seen the metal counter under the disaster they've created. The quesadilla press and anything they put it in was covered in charred rice, cheese and meat. I've seen this place clean plenty of times but whoever is running the show in there tonight needs a severe reprimand.

First time at this location and line was busy plus a lot of online orders. All the people running it where high school looking kids, even one was training a kid her age. I want to say these guys CRUSHED it and handled everything super well. But what bothers me is this middle aged dude (who I’m assuming was a manager.) would come out every once in awhile and criticize the employees for not moving faster (service time was completely fine.) dude, if you the manager get in there, train the new guy, make some food! Don’t hide in your office for the kids to handle it on their own! It doesn’t surprise me that a lot of these bad reviews are about a manager. Not sure if it’s the same guy but that’s no way to treat subordinates, especially if they are that young.

I ordered a burrito for my lunch break, as I have done often. Upon biting into it, I noticed the texture to be off. I spit it out and saw the chicken was raw. I called the store with the hopes of just letting them know, so that they can make sure to check. I spoke with Orion(?) who claimed to be the manager. He off the bat told me I was wrong, and the line cook temp checked the meat all day, as he “saw him do it” and cameras could prove it. I let him know I wasn’t doubting any of that, but regardless, I was looking at raw meat in my burrito. He again told me I was wrong, extremely dismissive, and let me know he dealt with “someone like me” last week and they didn’t get anything out of it either. I asked at what point did I request anything, not even a refund. I wanted the number for someone over him, he said there was no one. I let him know I know there was, so he gave me the number for a “Cassie” who he claimed was the general manager. He did let me know she would agree with him, and I was wasting my time. The number he provided was the store number as when I called, it directed me back to him. I am completely appalled by not only this managers attitude, lack of customer service skills, also by the fact that a customer in good faith was trying to inform the store of a potential issue and I was treated so horribly for doing so.

In Colorado they all differ by County. Some follow State Law and some due their County Law.
