Is there any place on the pier where y can rent a fishing pole and buy bait?

not on this pier, if you want to rent fishing poles need to do that in marina del rey sport fishing about 5 miles away

I didn't see such a place on the Pier 39 maybe try on Pier 41

I went in February (winter), and although there were people fishing on the dock, I did not see any place that sold rods. Maybe in season there is.
