Would not recommend this car wash or for detail. I payed for full detail which wasn't cheap (about 200) , and they did not provide all the services listed in the package. They were very quick and it looked like just the normal 37.00 wash package. I also noticed immediately after brush scratches on my finish that I can't seem to buff out, like they used a heavy duty bristle! I know it wasn't from anywhere else because I just got the car a week before so I would examin it every morning as new car owners do. When I politely as possible mentioned it to the guy, he denied it could be one if his workers of course. I was just hoping they would be sympathetic enough to offer some attempt to buff it out a bit, but instead i recieved a shrug and dismissal.. I am very disappointed as I was hoping for a car wash to go to every week. This is not the place.

I’ve been going to Lincoln for as long as I can remember. They have always done a super job. But my last three visits have been disappointing. My footboards are still dirty, sand still remains from beach trips, and my third row was never even touched. I maintain a pretty clean car so when there is something that’s dirty it’s an easy clean and shouldn’t be missed. I’ve had to go home and clean my car further. Each time they were never busy. I’m not sure if Covid means there’s been significant turnover and workers are not being trained properly. It’s also disappointing that they raised their prices significantly and I’m still tipping very well.

I have found this car wash to be the most reliable detail shop in West LA. I utilize them for my annual waxing and weekly car washes. Usually you can get in and out within 30 minutes with a full parking lot. I personally recommend the #2 package which includes: vacuuming the inside, full service pressure wash, under carriage wash, chrome polish, choice of interior scent and full armor all exterior. This is the only full service car wash I know of that offers gas pumps onsite. The inside is clean offering convenience store amenities as well as a small refreshment area. There is also adequate outside comfortable sitting

I got the 30.95 “super wash”. The moment I stepped in I can see there is still uncleaned spots on the windshield. Literally the first thing I noticed after a car wash is a dirty spot. Definitely would not recommend
