Can you rent something that can get you around the oier for those that can't walk for very long?

Yes you can rent bikes/scooters using apps. There was also a rent truck around on a Saturday, not sure on weekdays..

Other than bikes, there was nothing for my husband. He had a hard time because he cant walk far and all the benches where full.
