Are there any family or unisex restrooms on the pier and where are they located?

No, atleast not in the area I frequented. The pods are separated by gender and quite frankly a little dirty.

Yes... by the main entrance (parking lot) / Pacific park! But not family restroom , just handicapped

I can't say for sure that there are none, but I was just there and used the restroom. As I recall, they were just male and female.
