Im thinking of hosting a small group(6-10 ppl) on a Fri. at 6p. at the Redondo Beach locstion. Since they don't take reservations, any suggestions? Good idea? Is it too crowded? Should I change the time? Thanks!

I agree with Peggy, Cheesecake factory is quite used to handling large parties the come in unannounced so you should be fine, but if you want be prudent you could let them know ahead of time just to ensure they can prepare.

It shouldn't be any problem, they have a patio overlooking the marina and a patio by the bar area that is most of the time available. Even the bar area has plenty of tables to accommodate 6-10 people
