This mall has always been clean and enjoyable to shop, dine and play. There are a lot of unique stores as well as a few brand name stores inside the mall and then you have popular department stores outside the mall. The entire galleria is almost a one stop shopping experience.

this place used to be great. now not so much. there's a lot of closed and vacant stores. I do like the kids places like the skating ring and the gymnastics gym they have now.

I love that is easy to find parking in the parking structure, and you can park at the same level as the movies.
It's is a clean,nice,kinda small mall,with a decent food court and clean bathrooms.
It just needs more stores to be open. There's quite a few empty spaces. It's a great location, right across from a Sprouts,Total Wine and more,Sephora and Target, close to the beach. The bus stop is right on the back side of the mall. It's close enough to the freeway.
If there were more open stores this would be an awesome mall.

This is a nice mall to visit especially if you have children. A movie theater and multiple game areas and businesses are located on the third level for older children. Younger children can ride a very cool electric motorcycle. The food …
Hello Kristen, the South Bay Galleria does indeed have a phone kiosk called "Dr. Eye Phone" it's located near Macy's in the first wing Hour's are 11am until 9pm Monday to Friday.

It's closed to the main populace of the general public.. however if you own a PO Box at the post office located within the mall.. then you can check in with security & they will let you obtain your mail.. besides that you're not getting in.. Now with that being said, stores are open!! Like... MACY'S, JCPENNEY'S, MARSHALL'S, & a few others, just with no access to the inside of the mall itself. I hope this helps answer your question

No it isn't, if you have a PO Box you can check in with security to retrieve your mail otherwise you aren't gaining entry to that Mall
