It is a grocery/clothing/home kinda store. Almost a one stop shop. There are some Fred Meyer stores that have gas stations as well.
Tillamook Fred Meyer is one stop shopping: Grocery, deli, gas, clothing, hardware, Jeweler, pharmacy, sporting goods, garden center, camping supplies like firewood, dry ice, and propane. Lots of parking...easy in and out for RV's onto Hwy 101 (which is Main Street in Tillamook)
Its essentially a small, prettied up walmart
Plus garden, and in some places, gasoline.

It's a place you can buy a steak and some potatoes, jeans and boots, a rifle and ammo all at one place at one time.
