Any time, any day, always fun. Depends on your luck that day. You could limit out in a half hour. Or you could come back with one keeper. But you will have fun no matter the out come!

Months that end in R. Although they will always have good ones you can buy and eat, you will just have a harder time catching them on your own
You need to go crabbing during months with the letter "R" in them, i.e., September, October, November, etc.
