yeah there's a campground not too far from there I'm actually there's a couple of them I can't think of the name of but if you Google it I'm sure you're locate them
They do not take reservations, and you have to carry your stuff to the camp sites, similar to but different than backpacking, you could try nearby Oswald West state park. You do get to camp in the forest very close to a beautiful beach.
Not at Hug point but you should get some at Cannon Beach and a little further out north at Ecola State Park
