If you go to humane society or any other you need to fill out an application and be approved prior to meeting your new friend. They are extra careful due to co-vid. Right now Cambria Humanes cat area is closed to the public due to some find of feline outbreak
I think you have to call the humane society. They are the ones who have the kittens in Petco
