Why is it so difficult for FedEx Smartpost to NOT lose my packages??? The only time things get "lost in the mail" is when it ships this, specific route!!

Yes when a package comes through FedEx damaged, they send it to QA to get get repackaged and then sent out

It was probably damaged upon arrival and sent to QA
