I usually get my packages in a timely manner but, they seem to reschedule with the smallest change in weather.

I just had a package delivered to my home in Ellis Kansas. I am a business owner and get packages all the time. I pay for the shipping of items I can not get locally! Today I had the worst experience with our FedEx delivery person and it left me dumbfounded. He pulling into our drive and I made my way to the door with my walker. I asked the driver to please bring to the door. He sighed "with disgust" and slapped in on the porch in front of the door. I said sorry I have broken leg and cant reach... as he is hustling back to his truck. Now he might be having a bad day but still, that was uncalled for! And guess what, I still cant reach it! If I had an employee that treated my customers that way, they would Not have a job. I have never had that kind of an experience in all my 20 years of having a business. We appreciate the work you do, but not like that. That was uncalled for. Sir, If you dont like your Job, then get a New one! I gather I am not alone on what's been happening locally in Ellis. We have a full on conversation on facebook about it. So Stop being a Jerk with a Poor Attitude, We are your customers!

My two package was scheduled to be here today. Now am being told Monday at the soonest. Why didn't you put them on the truck they are in Hays one hour away from me.

Package has been "out for delivery" for 3 days now. Called the customer service to go pick it up and he wasn't even sure if it was at the station. Sounds like they may have lost it even though it's a giant furniture box.
