I wouldnt stop in their again. We waited for over a hr for 5 bread sticks and a medium pizza. At the point the lady dressed in black came out and asked what we even ordered. We informed her, waited another 15 minutes and she came back again and informed us that they were really backed up. I informed her that we had been waiting for over an hour and her face was shocked. Within the next 15 mins she had our food out. But in the 2 hours we were their we got to observe that dine in tables were not cleaned off. Empolyees were eating food while at work and still placing orders and taking out food. I have worked fast food before, and im sorry if your eating you should be on your break and after returning to work should wash ones hands. The worst thing was at time of ordering we were told their were no fountain drinks. Was okay with it, whatever but not even 5 minutes later an employee walks out and refills his own cup from the fountains. Meanwhile after our long wait my bottled soda i got was hot, my daughters was hot and my wifes was hot. So far all the pizza huts i have been to have been terrible. Oakley, wakennee and hays. To the lady that came and helped us thank you so much. If it wasnt for you we would have demanded a refund.

Good food, clean and good customer service

Called in a pick up order. Guy that answered was sarcastic and rude. Pizza was done and hot at pickup and looked amazing! First piece tasted amazing too! Then I went to grab a second piece iand it was connected by a bright red hair to the 3rd piece! So gross! Restaurants need to be using better hygiene and really watching this. Ruined a great pizza!

They did not deliver my pasta the first time. They were kind enough to deliver it after I called them. But, when I received it, the pasta was missing 1/4 of its container and was barely warm. I would rather have all of my food hot and whole the first time and wait an extra 5 minutes than go through that ordeal again.
