For the last six weeks, I have been receiving inconsistent delivery, from what I will assume is this location. My status will say on a truck out for delivery, Clinton PA, and then it will update later in the day for a reschedule delivery date. That was three days in a row. The contents of my box are food items and have been at the location since Saturday, and has been delayed multiple times.

Been sitting at the same facility for over 5 days but they keep updating it to make it look like it just arrived. Dishonest and terrible service. Meanwhile my order is for coffee from a company that promises the best quality and fresh roasted for each order. Well what good does that do if it sits at FedEx for over a week. So now I won't buy that coffee again. So FedEx is now harming other businesses as well. Horrible company. And I'm a pittsburgh guy who wants to support them, but even that can't save them, they're just terrible

I wished I could give zero stars. The customer service is trash .. were American over here can we get people who understand us. And all my other stuff gets delivered probably Christmas time I dont even get half mt stuff I swear these companies are the biggest thieves

They are really nice people here..would deliver here anytime.. friendly.. helpful.. seem to care about their driver's too..

They try to get 5000 package out per employee in 4 HR shifts they are not stop working! I get my meds from fed ex in one day
Depends on delivery date. If it's moving quickly then it's held
Yes when a package comes through FedEx damaged, they send it to QA to get get repackaged and then sent out
