Is there a card I could but to transfer money to Germany?

I have used MoneyGram for many years. It works better for me. If you use a Wal Mart go to Turkey Creek store.

As others have said, MoneyGram available. However at CVS you can do Western Union as well. There is a Western Union card. Plus you would be avoiding Walmart which is horrible.
