To pull a gooseneck you would have to co tact them and order in advance. They may have to have it moved in from and other area or a hub location.
You would have to call them for that..I can say they are the best guys at the Norton location! I felt very secure with their services for the rental. Ur n good hands.
There is a drop box to the right of the front door. Just lock the vehicle and throw the keys in the drop box.

No. The vans you see are rented by businesses such as UVA and others. Depending on your area you could call MEOCC in SWVA. **I do not work for Enterprise.**
