Completely unprofessional. They have dead fish in their tanks which are going through kill all the other fish or rather give them diseases. Very rude. You'd expect someone to at least talk to You with a smile. Unfortunately I was speaking to the owner and she had no interest in helping me or talking to me or doing anything. So I have to rate this as a place for nobody to go to you have better options online than dealing with this locally. And they aren't the only U-Haul provider in the area.
