When is the best time to come to the sunflower fields? I came last year at the end of the season and sadly many of them were gone.

If you go right after they post it on Facebook or shortly after they are at the peak of harvesting after that birds start to get at them for the seeds.

I believe they post on Facebook when you can come and pick them, which is around September, I think, and they lasted a decent amount of time and were beautiful. I would call for sure. Excellent picture taking opportunity too!
