I learned to cook fries fromDick Spady. Bill Gates II said i made the best fries. Dick intended the fries and burgers to be made and consumed immediately for maximum flavor. Simple but good! Please don't sully Dick's legacy with an egg. Thank you for your love of Seattle's best: Dick's! DaveB

I live in Monroe, do construction, take burgers home then 4 lunch next day of course I've taken them home and put an egg on them. That's why they invented the microwave oven... lol

I have taken it home and keot the burgers in the foil in a warm oven for 15 minutes before eating. They were still 90% as good as fresh. The fries became sad, however, probably 50% as good (though next time I will broil them just before eating.)
