Well, that is bad. Applebees needs to work on that. I suggest you should go to the manager of that Applebees, and talk to him about how your experience was. You should also talk to ethier the waiter and/or the cooks of the resturant.
Yes i advise you to call the manager and take pictures of the food and receipts that you receive. The one thing that i know for a fact is that the executives hate bad publicity. The last applebees that i knew to receive bad publicity is closed until further notice. I hope things get better.
Yes please talk to a manager. If they are trying to charge you more than you ordered that is horrible and needs to be brought up.. demand a free meal or something.
