Our experience was great! The food was nice, and our waiter, Alfonso, was very nice and caring. He treated us very nicely and made sure that we were all good to go. Plus, if you don't eat all of your food and need a to go box, he will make sure you get a bag so you won't have to carry it. Overall, he's such a good waiter, so make sure you tip!

My mom and I went for a late dinner. It took our waitress about 10 minutes before she came by, it wasn't crowded. My mom asked for decaf and she said that she didn't think they had decaf and went to check... 15-20 minutes later she comes back with decaf. Our food came back lukewarm at best, paid extra to upgrade the steak & it was so small. There were kids running and yelling during our meal. It took so long to get service and food that we finished at closing time, so instead of putting up chairs near areas where there weren't any people, they decided to put up the chairs at the table next to us, there were still people there but only the tables by us were the tables put up...never going back here again.

Very, very disappointing. This Applebee's(Miller Parkway) used to be really nice and now, within the last 12+ months, the service and atmosphere has really gone down. Tonight, I attempted to place an order online for curbside pickup and wasn't able to do so. I contacted the restaurant and was able to place the order over the phone, however I was told that I'd have to come because the order was over $30. The worker seemed unclear on the items that I was ordering and I had to walk her through the menu to locate the items. I asked the worker twice if she had everything that I wanted, because the final amount given was lower than what was shown online. The worker once again confirmed that it was correct. Once I received my order (which I had to come back inside to get) the order seemed small. I again, asked the worker if this was everything and was told yes. Once I arrived home...everything that I'd requested was NOT in the bag and I also had something that I hadn't ordered. I immediately called the restaurant, requested to speak with the worker who had taken my order. I informed her that even though I'd asked her several times if my order was correct, it indeed was not. The worker stated that she'd get the mgr. I was on hold for over 15 minutes. No one ever came to the phone. I hung up and called back and politely asked to speak with a mgr. The same worker answered, stated yes she'd get the mgr, placed me on hold and the call was hung up by the worker/restaurant 2 minutes later. I attempted to call back twice and each time the phone was picked up and hung up. I will be following up with the restaurant in person tomorrow. If the mishandled order issue and the poor customer service is not resolved onsite, I will be following up with the corporate office. I've written many reviews for many places and I always try to be as positive as possible. However, what I experienced this evening was unacceptable and needed to be shared. I'll follow this review with an update after I go to the restaurant. Stay tuned...
