I am from Santa Cruz, California and have had incredibly fresh sushi throughout California and New York where I live now. That said, this is honestly one of the two best sushi bars that I have had on the East Coast. Excellent sushi rice recipe and ultra fresh, handcut raw fish. Highest rating! Yes. Sushi is included in the special and can be ordered separately.
Not sure what you mean by legit, but the sushi is pretty good, and you can order sashimi.

Very good! Definitely legit in my book. First time I've ever gotten completely full on sushi and I've done it there twice!
