I don't know what's happened to Wendy's over the years but it used to be my favorite FF restaurant. The fries used to be wonderful. The chicken was once delicious. It didn't matter what you ordered from there, it was terrific... Now it's just straight awful overpriced garbage and I will never go back. It's a real shame... I even worked for Wendy's when I was a teenager. Sad

It's not like it was 6 months ago. I realize fast food is full of young and inexperienced good and that's fine but the staff there's did not have the ability to solve problems. I ordered through the app for drive thru, said so on my order, went through the drive through and was told I had to go inside because it"didn't pop up on the drive through" ok I say, I go in & the line was 10 people do with 5 waiting on their food. I waited inside for 11 mins and the line NEVER moved and only one of those waiting got their food. They need help!

Wendy's is a wonderful restaurant If people could dine inside more often if more people would become employees. Most of the time people can only go through the drive-thru and it seems that other fast food restaurants seem to be doing better than them even though they still have good food and affordable prices

I worked here for one day. during my FIRST day of training, the woman who was supposed to be training me yelled and screamed at me in front of a lobby full of customers. Defending myself, I told her not to yell at me. she storms off the floor leaving me with customers, orders not bagged or handed out...and then comes back and yells at me for not handing orders to the customers. after I told her not to yell at me again (more firmly)...she was pulled to the back by a manager. when they came back up front I was asked to leave. SEVERAL customers backed me up about how good of a job I was doing...especially on my first day! One of the customers even offered me a ride home due to my mistreatment. I interviewed twice for this position. both times the hiring manager was 30 minutes late. That should have been my red flag. I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau. I'm sure customers will remember this incident. I was humiliated qnd disrespected while still working diligently to provide excellent customer service.

I believe most people are intelligent enough to take a pen and swipe it across a bill, look at it and tell if it is fake, that is not rocket science. There has got to be another answer.
People are lazy and don't want to work. Maybe you can Get you a job there and help them out
Only pick-up through the drive-thru, no one is allowed in store except employees.
