Came here once and was told i could not bring my lttle pekingese in today i saw 16 dogs in the market. Vendors blatantly holding their pups. dogs on leashed and sveral in strollerd. Why werent they stopped at the gate like i was?

I believe their are signs, but I've also seen dog's inside and outside the market. Why they choose you out of everybody is crazy. What goes for one should go for all.
