Yes, the inside is open and operating Thursday - Sunday; the outdoor Flea Market is operating Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday
As of yesterday, at least, everything was open minus indoor seating. There were no tables inside the indoor area, but vendors were outside and the indoor ones were operating even in the food court area, just without tables for eating.
