I would agree many vendors do not sell in cold weather. Check the forcast and probably earlier is better then later. They pack up early sometimes
Judy, only portions of the market are open, but not the outside. You can go inside the main building or to the vegetable and seafood area. The main outside area is open Thursdays and Sundays.
