There is a covered area for some of the vendors and then there is an inside area
No one is outside on bad weather days there's indoors shops
There are some venders outside in bad weather year round. Eccept when is dangerous weather. Or if there is snow and ice and high winds. Winter there are a few outside venders, under the roofed areas. But as spring sets in more and venders show up outside. Thursdays and Sundays are thed best days for outside venders. There is NO venders outside on Fridays, Sundays the Amish is closed.
