The bar in the casino i think is open till 11pm and you can only drink ANYTHING at a restaurant or the casino bar but must be accompanied with food.. They don't tell you this beforehand so you're lucky you asked.
Only at 24/7 & empire lounge and must be consumed at that bar or restaurant no where else
