In the future there will be children's activities. Only guests can access the pool, this might change as more hotel towers are built.
You need a room key to get in the pool area in the hotel there is nothing for the kids to do
They are building a water park
The pool is for guest only, and as of right now there isn't anything for that age group to do directly at the casino.

You need to stay at hotel to use pool. You can ask front desk if you can buy a day pass for the fool i guess.
