Per their website, they are open only on Saturdays in June. Then open Tuesday through Saturday in July and August. Their schedule reduces after that. You can buy tickets at the gate.
I'm not 100%, but I think they are only open on Saturdys until July 1st, which is when the maze is open. And I do know you can buy tickets at the gate. Have fun!
