There are toilets in a small building a short walk from the sites. There are no lights (if I remember correctly), so be sure to bring a flashlight. I don't remember if they had running water for sinks or not.
No running water no sinks, but fairly clean to be outside facilities.
No showers. Just toilets. No running water.
