Not sure if they've had their grand opening for the new tour. The temporary building just has a few displays. The old tour was self guided. The new one will probably be too.
I didn't see it. My husband believes he saw that. It was very small building . There were diverse people working on the floor .

There is a diverse staff that is making the cheese.
Not that I can recall..but dont think as visitor looking for such. Large numbers of diversified young folks servicing in ice cream sales.
Self guided tour only. You can get online for cheese sample up stairs!
