Yes... You can take pictures with the famous VW van, scroll through a small historical museum, sample delicious cheese, shop for cheese and gifts then head to the ice cream and diner..... Still so worth going even though the new building is not completed.
Is a very nice temporary display. Shop, dine (really good grilled cheese samiches), sample and see. Well worth the visit.
Yes! The temporary building is nice. The samples were plentiful. The grilled cheese sandwiches were yummy! If you fill out a postcard to send to someone (they provide the postcard) and take it to the ice cream counter you get 1 scoop in a cup free for each postcard. They mail them for you so you don't even need a stamp! Delish!
Yes. There is a temporary visitors center that, I feel, is more informative than the old visitors center.
