The Cheese Factory visitor centre is currently being rebuilt but the temporary facility is open seven days a week.
I believe its open everyday...but right now...you can't do the entire cheese factory experience, because of their new construction on the factory. But still good..so I would stay go there & check out.

Tours are not available until construction is done. They do have a visitors center, cafe, free cheese samples and gift shop. Still fun to go to. But...if your looking for the tour then I would wait to go until the construction is done in 2018. You gotta love the free cheese samples though. Especially the squeaky cheese.
